Critically acclaimed ITV drama The Lost Honour of Christopher Jefferies, which was made at The Bottle Yard Studios, picked up not one, but two BAFTAs at last night’s British Academy Television Awards.
The two-part drama was awarded the BAFTA for Best Mini Series, whilst Jason Watkins also picked up the Leading Actor award, for his outstanding performance as wrongfully accused schoolteacher Christopher Jefferies.
The Carnival Films’ production for ITV filmed at The Bottle Yard Studios and on location across Bristol in November and December 2013. Bristol Film Office also assisted production of the drama. which aired in December 2014.
